Guidelines for the admission of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs
People with visual, hearing, and/or physical disabilities are welcome to visit the NPM with their qualified guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs when they enter the museum. Professional trainers of guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs can also visit the NPM with their qualified dogs and/or puppies during training. Article 11 of the Regulations for Determining and Using Qualified Guide, Hearing, and Service Dogs and Puppies will be in effect.
1. Visitors with visual, hearing, and/or physical disabilities should bring user qualification certificates and service dog certifications.
2. Professional trainers should bring a professional trainer qualification certificate and service dog/puppy training certificates and present them voluntarily.
3. Guide dogs should wear harnesses, whereas hearing dogs and service dogs should wear vests.
4. Guide puppies should wear training vests or harnesses, whereas hearing puppies and service puppies should wear training vests.
Articles 60 and 100 of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act as well as all other relevant laws and regulations will be in effect.
