1. All submissions are subject to form review by the editorial board, and those that pass are then sent to two independent experts for double-blind content review. Once these anonymous reviews are complete, the editorial board will discuss whether to publish the paper or not.
2. Since all submissions are double-blind reviewed (authors and reviewers), please avoid in the article any information that might disclose the identity of the author.
