Suggestion processing procedure:
Visitor enters his/her suggestion(s) and contact information → the NPM system sends a verification text message and e-mail to the visitor → the visitor completes the mobile phone verification process and clicks on the verification link in his/her verification e-mail within 3 hours → the visitor completes the verification process → the NPM receives the suggestion(s) → the NPM distributes the suggestion(s) to the unit in charge → the unit in charge processes the suggestion(s) and responds to the visitor.
Suggestion reply hours:
Suggestions are processed on weekdays (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm). The processing procedure takes approximately 2–10 working days to complete depending on the content of the suggestions.
- The system automatically sends a verification text message and e-mail to the visitor to verify whether the e-mail he/she has provided is accurate and to prevent others from using said e-mail address. If you have not received the verification e-mail after submitting your information and completing the mobile phone verification process, please check your e-mail junk mail folder and click on the verification link within 3 hours. The NPM will neither process nor keep the records of suggestions where the verification link has not been clicked on. If you are unable to receive the verification e-mail, please call our service hotline during business hours for assistance.
